Hail, noble denizens of the realm of Dungeons and Dragons! I, an adventurer of years past, now find myself yearning for the camaraderie of kindred souls. 'Tis true, I once trod the paths of Dungeons & Dragons some thirty-five winters ago, when the fires of youth burned bright. Now, at the age of seven-and-forty, the embers of that passion have been rekindled, and I seek to join a band of adventurers.
My abode lies within the fair lands of Kent, in the United Kingdom, governed by the time of the Greenwich Meridian. Though the echoes of my past exploits in the realms of imagination have faded into the mists of memory, I stand ready to embark upon new quests as a novice reborn. Whether we gather 'round the table in person or meet through the magical realms of the internet, I am eager to lend my sword and shield to a merry fellowship.
Pray, should any valiant groups in Kent seek a steadfast companion, I am available to join thee on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Sundays from the hour of eight in the evening onward. Fear not my rusted skills, for I am most adaptable and willing to immerse myself in any campaign that fate may decree. Let us forge new legends and weave tales that shall echo through the annals of time.
We do things a little differently than in most adventures. I’ll post something every day or two and it should only take you a few minutes to post something back. Participate on the days when you have time, but of course, your character builds up experience points faster the more that you participate. I’ll post a situation like “you see a monster in a room. What is your next move? “, so you’ll post what you think is best (retreat, hide, fight, cast a spell, talk/compromise with the monster, etc.). Your character will not die unless you walk right up to a monster; we’re doing this for fun. To us, the fun part is figuring out how to do things/be creative and work together as a team, like if you ever saw the Batman and Robin shows from the 1960s. Are you OK with this?

What race and class would you like to play?
I'm pretty flexible. I have an idea for a human fighter that I think is quite cool, but I can fill any gap you like: www.dndbeyond.com/sheet-pdfs/Greybeard_Gamer19851_142171622.pdf
