Group preferred: Online or in person (located on lake Lanier in GA, willing to drive 45mins)
Experience: New (I've played in 3 campaigns 7yrs ago)
Location/Timezone: EST (East Coast USA)
Availability: Most weekday evenings after 7pm, weekends are a maybe but not a deal killer.
Preferred role: Player, I run pretty chaotic/silly but can be serious depending on the story/situation. I give big moments reverence.
Game style: (21+ but preferably people closer to my age) I'm looking for something with a focus on Roleplay, character development, silly but with mature themes (not x-rated, just something for an older crowd). Inclusivity is a must, casual/laid back with a focus on telling a good story in just about any setting. I love high fantasy, kids on brooms (as long as the terf isn't getting my support), sci-fi, murder mystery etc. Always willing to try something new.
A bit about me:
I go by Kend0 (33 she/her). Long time creative recently medicated and ready to finally enjoy my old hobbies again. I RP'd A LOT in middle school and high school back when GaiaOnline was a common household name. I'm currently reading a lot and would like to build some stories of my own and maybe make some friends along the way. I'm looking for a group who appreciates inclusivity, fairness, teamwork and general good times. No rule sticklers please. If you watch Dimension 20 and try to bring those vibes into the campaign then we're going to get along great ❤️
I’m Greg and I have a new campaign starting soon. It’s on every other Monday night. Sessions are on Zoom, Discord for chat and DnDBeyond for character management.
The game will be focused on a gang of misfit thieves and the heists and capers they get into as they plan and prepare for the “big score”.
Think “Oceans Eleven” or “The Italian Job” with a little “Mission Impossible” thrown in. Open to fun and a little silliness but not without danger and consequences.
I'm a very narrative DM focused on role play and building the story around the characters. Definitely more focused on role over roll! Rule of cool is king! let me know if you’re interested or if you have any questions.
Hi, Im Andrew (32). Im a new player with almost no experience. My experience is limited to playing through Baulders Gate 3 and watch a little Critical Role, so yea... I also live on Lake Lanier, (North Side) GO TROJANS!! hopefully that's not a deal breaker. Can do online but don't have a web cam. Open to in person as well. Work Mon-Friday untill 5ish. If you want to know more before considering adding me to party, best way to reach me is discord. fall3nh3ro.
Hello keryu, our group split and we're looking to fill 3 slots.
Starting Sunday 3/23/2025 12pm cst Session 0 is required, and we can pick a day this week, Wednesday evening? ~3-~3.5 hours compared to usually 4-4.5 hours.
Time: We play Sundays 12pm cst (was 11am prior to Daylight savings Time) 5pm/6pm EU. Duration: Sessions last ~4 hours often 4.5hours. Level: Level 3 almost level 4. So you'll be jumping right in. Game type: Home Brew Open World, Current long term adventure: The Wishing Stones. Setting: D&D Faerune universe. - The town of Fairhill has just warded off a Gnoll Invasion and have undergone a great sickness throughout the region. The tavernkeep slides a mug of ale across the countertop, "Watch y'r water!" The Wishing Stones: "A messenger arrives to you at night, a letter urging you to seek and find the ancient treasure known as the Wishing Stones, promising you each a stone for yourself and those who would join you on this monumental quest. Your party will unite and there will be much treasure, but be warned, there will be dangers ahead as well. Hold fast, and you will succeed. If you doubt the sincerity of my claim, take this here, 100 gold pieces as a token of my good faith. Do with it what you will. But if you seek rewards beyond your wildest dreams, join me at Marylock Village at the Slurping Stirge Tavern. I will offer you the key."

Are you interested in a Waterdeep Dragon Heist campaign Tuesdays 8pm?
All of that certainly seems interesting but I have a couple questions:
1. When you say it's based the the marvel cinematic universe, does that mean we're playing established characters or creating our own from scratch?
2. How do the heist mechanics differ from other games?

Do sunday nights work? We have players from 21-50+. Very laid back & fun group. We do not take games 1000% seriously.
If you find a local game, let me know! I'm in Gainesville and would love to play in person
What's the general vibe of the players play style? I'm looking for in character immersion where possible, people who aren't shy to roleplay
