Will occasionally be Bi-Weekly due to personal stuff. Start at level 1, will time jump to level 5 during session 0. Homebrew races are on the table but must be humanoid shaped/bipedal.
As per tradition, nations with the capacity to house dragons breed them for war, but they are time consuming and expensive, as such you are an invaluable part of the military in a "Dragon Unit" as a city with a population of 50,000 may only have around 200 dragon riders. At a young age your family will be drafted at random to attend a ceremony hosted by the ruling party of wherever you, the party, choose to start. Thrown into a room full of nesting dragons, you and other children from all walks of life wander around the nesting arena to see if one of the adult dragons will choose you to take care of one of their eggs. Dragon genetics are random and you'll never know what your egg will hatch into until it's in the world with you.
