Game: D&D 5e (2014) Campaign: Tomb of Annihilation
Time: Thursdays 7:30pm-11:30pm EST - Weekly
Location: Discord (Voice) & Roll20 (VTT)
Age: 21+ Experience: Any
Players Requirements: A good mic, solid internet, the ability to speak clear English. You must also have a laptop or PC to play.
Welcome adventurers!
I'm aiming for a tight-knit team of 4 players with moderate to heavy experience. You'll be taking on a difficult adventure set in and around the jungles of Chult. This campaign will take players from level 1 through somewhere around 11-13.
The basic story background is something called the "death curse" has changed the world. The priceless miracle that is resurrection magic has been rendered useless, more and more seeming like a worldwide phenomenon. What's worse, anyone who's died in the past and been brought back now finds themselves weakened and frail, slowly wilting towards a looming, permanent demise.
On the entertainment side of things, I'll be doing lots of accents and voices for most, if not all, NPCs. There will be a variety of ambience tracks and music taken from anime, video games, fantasy YouTube channels, and movie scores. I also use a variety of API & macros to add some pizzazz, speed things along, as well as improve the overall quality of life.
About me: I've been GMing for the majority of four years, running three successful campaigns, one of which lasted almost two years. I focus on having a fun, well-rounded game with realism, immersion, and solid role-playing.
I'm looking for players with the spirit of adventure who take risks. Those who love to explore the unknown and solve puzzles. Most importantly, players who are willing to truly immerse themselves and role play with both the other players and NPCs.
If you're interested please fill out the information below.
Campaigns: played several that fell apart quickly, but I've had a successful lost mines of Phandelver adventure that went to the end and I'm currently going through Curse of Strahd which is a pleasure to play. Never went through TOA I've heard it's a real meat grinder for characters, but I enjoy a deadly challenge.
Experience: Around four years of experience as both a small time DM and player.
Campaigns you've played: I've played a large handful of different campaigns, largely homebrew campaigns with a group of friends, but I've played and hosted various modules as well! Excited by the prospect of getting immersed into an adventures, I'd love the opportunity.
Game: D&D 5e 2024, D&D 5e legacy. Group preferred: Online Experience: Newish (Done a few campaigns, watched and played other dnd content as well.) Location/Timezone: GMT+3 Unavailable: Thursday-Friday (8-17) Preferred role: Player Game style: Casual, hardcore, roleplay.

Age 21+: Yes
Campaigns: I've played a year long campaign from Lv 3 to Lv 9. One shorter from Lv 1 to Lv 5. Some one shots and some campaigns that got cancelled in the middle. I've only played the legacy 5e version before.
Campaigns you've played: currently in two campaigns, though one has cancelled more than it been played and the other is every other Sunday. It’s been a while since I played (I think pre Covid) and so I’m slowly relearning/adjusting back into playing. I had been in a campaign back in 2019 for about 4 years before it ended.
I would be interested in joining your campaign. I am getting back into D&D after a long absence and looking forward to rebuilding a full dimensional character as well as role-play with a good team - it has been a while

Yo! I'm Quinn, I'm [Over 21], and I'd love to see if I could fit into your ToA group on Thursdays! I'm familiar with both discord and roll20, I've got a good mic, better internet, and my English is clear when I will it so. I've got about 5 years of experience with both playing and hosting 5e games. I've played and hosted ToA, but I absolutely love the aesthetic, the story, and all the crazy shit to discover in the module. I'm a fan of all things fantasy, and D&D scratches that itch pretty well for me. That being said, my Discord username is roarkt, and I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks for your time!
Experience: I have about 4 years experience playing (5e exclusively), though it's been a few years now since I played. I've been looking to get back into it, I've been watching a lot of DnD campaigns and re-familiarizing myself with the game so I can jump right in. There aren't many groups in my area, so I've been looking online to see if there's anything I can get in on. I have only played in person before, never over discord and I haven't used roll20, but I'm a quick learner and will do my due diligence ahead of time so I don't slow things down.
Campaigns you've played: I played Hoard of the Dragon Queen and Rise of Tiamat back in 2015ish. I've mostly done homebrew campaigns, a few as a player and a few as DM. I've played bard, barbarian, rogue, and ranger from levels 1-9, and my favorite was always my half-orc barbarian Holg.
Discord Info: lumberquack (pfp is a blue capybara with a cowboy hat on a lime green background).
I'm on PST time and can commit to the set schedule, I have a reliable PC with a decent headset and solid internet, English is my first language, and I'm good enough with computers that while I haven't played DnD online, it won't be hard for me to adjust at all.
I'm looking for a good group to get really into the game with. I played a lot when I was younger, but most of the groups I played with weren't as into the story and RP side of things, they just wanted to go into combat after combat after combat. I like combats, but there's so much more to the game than that and I really want to explore the other aspects that I overlooked back then. I'm not as experienced as some of the others reaching out to you and I'd probably be pretty rusty the first couple of sessions, but I'm eager to shake off the cobwebs and go all in.
