Hey yo
My name's Kevin (but I go online as Finethir), I am in my mid twenties & from Germany.
Currently I'm searching for a campaign, that I can join. I'm able to join either Mondays or Wednesday from around the evening (around like 7 pm till like max.11 pm.)
I don't mind if I join an ongoing or new campaign tbh. I'm fine with both.
I already have some character ideas, (mostly melee fighters but also a pretty decent warlock) but if the party is missing a specific class, then I sure can come up with a needed character.
I got some experience with both beeing a player & DM, as I was DM'ing multiple campaigns & was player in a couple of campaigns as well.
If you want some questions from me, feel free to write to me here on or add me on Discord. (Finethirxd)
If you’re open to something a little different from the usual campaign format, you might enjoy The Nexus—a free, 18+ online D&D 5e community based on Discord. While we’re technically Westmarch-style, it’s not the typical drop-in dungeon crawl you might be used to. Instead, your character travels from a shared hub to explore a wide range of original homebrew worlds, each run by different DMs with their own tone and style. Sessions are usually one-shots, but some DMs run short arcs as well.
We focus on collaborative storytelling, and roleplay is a big part of that. Based on your availability (evenings Monday or Wednesday GMT+2), you should be able to find plenty of sessions that fit—our global player base means games run across all time zones.
We use 2014 5e rules, allow all official sources, and start characters at level 3 with a 35 Point Buy. No level cap, and proficiency bonus is capped at +10, which leaves a lot of room for cool builds like the melee fighters or warlocks you mentioned.
If you’re looking for a friendly and creative space that’s flexible but still narrative-driven—without pay-to-play, check us out on the forum here. We’d be glad to have you!
