Hello! I’m 19 years old and looking for a D&D game that could be a long-term campaign.
I’m a student currently outside the U.S., so I'm gonna be using CDT for simplicity.
I am Unavailable: Saturday 7AM CDT, Saturday 8:30PM CDT – Sunday 12:30PM CDT I am Available: Friday 8PM CDT, Saturday 8AM CDT, Sunday 8PM CDT, Monday 8AM CDT I’m available at other times as well, but these are the times I’m most comfortable playing.
I like it when DMs encourage creativity while keeping combat tactical and dynamic. I love helping craft compelling stories and getting immersed in character-driven narratives. I appreciate groups where both roleplay and strategy matter, and I enjoy contributing ideas that make the adventure more engaging for everyone.
I am 100% content in joining a campaign mid-way through (ik scheduling can be a *****), I can fill some roles better than others, but honestly as long as I get to play a compelling character I'm 100% fine.
If you want to further contact me, hit my discord! (le0val)
Hello Lethovenn, My name is Alan and I am currently looking for a couple of players to start a new long term campaign. Your post on the LFG forum sounded like you could be a good fit! Currently already have two other players from the UK. I have been playing DND both as a player and a GM for about 5yrs now. I tend to use a cinematic/rules oriented/rule of cool/collaborative storytelling. Heavy emphasis on the collaborative storytelling. On that note, let me tell you a bit about the game.
THE PREMISE IN A NUTSHELL: Players will take up the role of playing a dragon in a world called Qorin, that is struggling to lift itself up, to find its footing and define itself in the aftermath of an apocalyptic war wrought by Dragons of the previous age. Our story will begin some time after the war, anywhere from 100 to 110 yrs after this event. Because of this, Dragons have become pariahs and outcasts in Qorin. Hunted, demonized and shunned due to the blame most other creatures attribute them for the current state of the world.
STARTING TIMEFRAME AND GAMETIME: Looking to start some time Mid-Late Oct. Gametime would start anywhere between Noon 12pm to 1pm Central Standard Time on Mondays. Each game running between 3-4hrs long.
The type of players I am looking for: Mature players who take story telling serious. However, never at the expense of fostering a fun and safe environment for everyone at the table. Players who play fair, are honest, great at team work, defend and uphold civility and respect towards their fellow players, help create a place that encourages everyone some time under the spotlight and help them find there voice/character in the game. Who are eager to help create/tell a story as unique as the premise sounds. Not looking for players who predicate on the premise of pure chaos, power gaming, playing or being a brooding butt-hole, (insert negative traits here), etc. etc
