Hello everyone! I have a few days off from DnD and that's not what I want, currently the days I have open are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I've been hoping to play with people who are a bit more experienced, as I've been playing for over a year now and I like playing with people who are at my knowledge level, though I certainly wouldn't complain about playing with new players! I'm kind of hoping to play something long term, and I'm totally okay with playing pre-written games or self-written games, though I won't be able to pay to play as I'm currently unemployed.
Hey KoldKasper, sounds like you’d fit right in with The Nexus — we’re always looking for dedicated players who love to keep adventuring between campaigns!
We’re an 18+ LGBTQAI+ friendly Westmarch-style community where each DM runs their own world, so there are tons of options whether you’re after long-term storylines or short, connected one-shots. With a global community and sessions every day, it’s easy to find tables that match your experience level and schedule — especially on your open days.
We use the 2014 5e ruleset, allow multiple characters starting at level 3 with a 35 Point Buy, and share content through D&D Beyond so everyone has access to all official material. You can play live sessions or Play by Post, and since each world is unique, you’ll always find new stories and challenges without needing to pay to play.
If that sounds like your kind of place, come take a look: Check us out here.
We’d love to have you join the adventure and help fill that D&D-free gap in your week.
BUT WHEN? It's a wide world with a lot of time zones. Tuesday in Australia is usually Monday in the USA, for instance. Dinner time in Germany is Lunch Time in New York City and California hasn't even gotten out of bed yet because it's not past noon for them.
