Request for Content Sharing

I'm a player that really enjoys making characters for fun, and coming up with all kinds of combinations to see if I can make them work, but I'm limited in what I can create due to budgetary reasons. So while I know this is probably a strange request, I'm looking for anybody with a large collection of content to share that content with me.

I would make a campaign, have you join it and enable content sharing, and then I'd get back into building characters for fun.

Again, I'm aware this is a very odd request, but if anyone out there is interested in being generous and sharing content with me, I would be very appreciative!
