The Undying Empire has fallen, the elves have vanished, and the gods have stepped beyond the veil. Now, the world could belong to anyone.
In the South, the great Afrisian garden blooms like mold across the continent. As the chosen people of Kezzer, goddess of beauty, luxury, and desire, the hunger of their patron houses for the exotic, arcane, and expensive is ever-growing. An adventurer could greatly raise their own station finding and fencing artifacts to whet that appetite – as well as gain access to the ears (and throats) of those rising to power.
Nations rise and fall, history becomes myth, and the sweet song of the arcane hums beneath it all. What part will you play in building a new world?

We’re seeking to build a table of 4-5 players for a character-focused, RP-heavy D&D 5e 2024 campaign in an intricate and immersive homebrew setting. The world is large and full of faces and factions to influence and be influenced by, but the focus of this story are the protagonists – your PCs – and the connections and choices they make along their journey. Not every session will have a combat encounter, but I aim for a moderately high challenge level.
This is a face-to-face game in the Everett-Lynnwood area. Our tentative plan is to meet every other week on a weekday night at Zulu’s Board Game Cafe in Lynnwood – but we’ll have a table convo about what works best for everyone’s calendars! Sessions would last 3-4 hours.

About the GM: I’m Keeley ( ^‿^ )ノ゙ I’m a gay woman in her 30s with 8 years of D&D experience. I want to build a game together that’s fun for everyone at the table, so expect regular check-ins and temperature checks. I’m a goofy person, so there will be plenty of jokes and laughs in sessions, but my larger narratives are more serious, with meaningful, weighty stakes.
About the Players – this game is for you if:
you love deep RP, collaborative storytelling, and ‘playing to find out’
you're local to the area or willing to make the drive
you’re ready to commit to a biweekly weeknight in-person campaign, ideally for the long haul (though players able to commit to just an arc or two are also welcome!)
you’re excited to build a new character or rework an existing one to tie into the setting
you’re an adult, LGBTQ+ friendly, and comfortable with leftist themes

I look forward to chatting with you soon! 🙂 Message me here or reach out on Discord (@sevenstargoose).
I unfortunately just found this thread. I know it's a few months old, but I was wondering if you were still looking for players.
I'm a gay male in my 50's with 9+ years of ttrpg experience, mostly AD&D, Rifts, and now D&D 5/5.5.
I'm flexible enough to play any character, so I can fill any gaps you may have, and enjoy creating characters with intricate backstories and built in character flaws.
Examples include a Wood Elf abandoned on the steps of a monastery deep in the forests of Chult who wanted to leave the monastery, but not the order, to see the world in order to put all he had learned from the monks into perspective. I wrote several short (2-3 page) short stories for him to help define how his character behaves. Another is a young wizard who is mute due to having his throat cut (by his cultist father, no less!) that discovered a commonality between elven, common, and the language of magic. Studying this he began to recognize that it wasn't the spoken words themselves that made magic happen, it was the tonality, the rhythm. And he discovered that he can 'whistle' his spells into being. He uses prestidigitation to create note cards that he holds up to communicate with people, and has dedicated himself to bringing down the cult his father is in.
If you don't have room at the moment, quite ok. But if a spot opens up, I'd be very interested in 'auditioning' for your group!
(I'm in Everett, btw, so the drive is no issue for me)
