I would say my experience is intermediate. I have played a few campaigns and one-shots, but I haven't played any TTRPGs in about 3 or 4 years. I've read through the updated 2024 rules and I'll make sure to familiarize myself with them further. Preferably looking for a table that is 21+. I'd like to bring beer/wine/mead and I'd feel more comfortable with people closer in age to me. I am in Colorado Springs, but I am willing to drive as far as the Denver area.
I'm female. I work 10 hour shifts, so the best days would be Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday. But anytime after I get off at 7pm would work, if it's in the Springs. I have a couple different character ideas and I'm willing to play a different class if the group needs something specific, like a healer or a tank. I'm pretty chill person, a little reserved/shy at first. I'm a writer and think I'm pretty good at writing interesting characters and I'm more of a roleplayer than a roll player, but I do like a good mix.
Also in Colorado Springs. The place used to be full of people playing different games, but not so much any more. Everyone else from the group I used to play RPG's with moved to a different state. At the moment I'm only playing in a group at a library using the 2014 rules. Not counting the DM there's only two of us that are adults (including myself). I think about trying to get another group going and running my own home brewed campaign at times but each time I've tried it hasn't worked out.
If you do end up getting a group together, I'm definitely interested. I love hombrews a lot! I was going to put my info up in Dungeons & Javas, but I don't know how much success I'll have with that. I put my info on the board there before and someone did reach out to me a month or two later, but i went on vacation for two months so I wasn't able to join the campaign. I've tried playing through discord and roll20, but it's just not the same. If you want to hmu on discord I'd love to meet people in the springs with similar interests as me regardless. I play mtg too.
