Lords of Terror | Gothic Horror/Fantasy Homebrew Campaign | [Wednesdays @ 1pm EST]

Schedule: Every Wednesday at 1:00 PM EST, for approximately 3 hours.

System:  DND 5.5e, with some 5e rules carried over (ie. Grappling as a contested check) and some Homebrew rules (ie. all classes being able to use Spellscrolls).

Platforms: Discord (chat) and Roll20 (gameplay).

Game Type: Homebrew Campaign, levels 1-20.

Group Size: 4-6 players (all experience levels welcome).

Player Requirements: 18+, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ friendly, a willingness to roleplay and engage with the group, and a decent mic and internet connection. This is no place for hate, misogyny, or bigotry of any kind.

Session 0: Session 0 will take place the following Wednesday after at least 4 players have been accepted. We’ll go over things such as Game Rules, Character Creation, and Player Etiquette. One on one conversations for additional help is also welcomed if I'm available, and my DMs will always be open for questions and concerns.

GM: I’ve been GMing for approximately 3 years and aim for a good mix of combat and roleplay, mixing in elements of survival and exploration. I do what I can to balance RAW and Rule of Cool, while always trying to help the players embody their character fantasy as best as they can.

Story: For centuries, the world has been plagued by the evils of the Lords of Terror. Twelve great evils that spread fear all over Marienna and seek to claim absolute authority over her people. Normally stuck in constant conflict and disputes over territory, the Lords come together and capture the Goddess of Death. With Death out of the way, the Lords use her power to isolate Marienna from the Planes and expand their monstrous armies. Will you rise up to free the Goddess, or usurp the Lords to claim their power for your own?
