Hi everyone! I am DMing paid games on Startplaying.games and looking for new and experienced players alike who would like to take on Curse of Strahd! This will be an online game over discord and using Above virtual tabletop here on D&D Beyond. Games are currently planned for 9:30 pm EDT on weekdays and sessions throughout the day Saturdays and Sundays. Time and availability is pretty flexible based on what works best for players. Sessions are planned to last anywhere between 2-3 hours weekly and $20 a session with a free session 0 for character creation, some tabletop experience using abovevtt, talking about preferences and expectations from a paid game, and an intro to the storyline before a true session 1. If the party dynamic or my DMing style is not a good fit you can experience it firsthand before determining if you would like to continue. I own most sourcebooks on D&D Beyond and you don't need to purchase anything as I will be sharing the content with those in my campaigns!
The main focus right now is the gothic horror style; Curse of Strahd but I am also running a homebrew campaign with original ideas and storyline. the homebrew campaign is planned to be held weekly as well for the 2-3 hours but at $30 a session.
