LGBT+ UK DM looking for players for oneshots and minis.

I'm looking for players for various oneshots, mini campaigns, etc. to help me practice and try out some new DM skills / styles. These games will be available frequently.

Game: D&D 5.5e (2024 rules, homebrew is chill within reason)

Where: Online, using discord voice and video, and AboveVTT for maps when necessary (it's free and I can help you get it set up)

Timezone: UK, BST

Availability: All games will fall within 1pm - 11.30pm BST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Let me know when's good for you when you message!

Game types: I'm looking to try some new things out with my DM style. To practice, I plan to run games once or twice per week for the foreseeable. This will be a mix of:
- mini campaigns (2-6 sessions, 3-4 hours each)
- oneshots (a single 3-6 hour session)
- improv adventures (these are something I do regularly, they are completely unprepped. Just a chance to roleplay, test out character ideas, etc. while I write the story on the spot. Usually these take 2-4 hours, but they can evolve into short stories if everyone is enjoying them)

About the DM: 26, Queer, a lil' silly. Really big on creativity and improvisation. I will ignore a rule if I think your idea is cooler, and I will reward you for teamwork/combo attacks. I have around 16 months DMing ~once per week and a fair bit more than that as a player / spectator. Generally, I prefer games with a good amount of social, roleplay, and exploration over those that are combat-heavy, and I love to see players roleplaying in downtime, but I hope to try out a bit of everything with this channel that I'm making.
