What we look for || For us, when really leaning into roleplay in a D&D campaign, we are looking for a story that feels personal and driven by the characters, not just constant combat. We love when our backstory actually matters, when NPCs feel real, and when our choices have weight and consequences. We enjoy having space for in-character conversations, emotional moments, and tough decisions that don’t have clear right or wrong answers. It’s less about rushing from fight to fight and more about being immersed in the world and feeling like my character genuinely belongs in it !! We also care deeply for others stories, and intereactions and how it can be interwoven between characters.

Nicole's Concept ||
- Aeloria is a cheerful, slightly ditzy elven cleric of Lliira who was raised by temple clergy after being left there as an infant. She believes her goddess speaks through small everyday signs often misreading coincidences as divine guidance which leads her into all sorts of unexpected situations. Despite her scatterbrained nature, she’s deeply kind, eager to befriend anyone she meets, and genuinely devoted to spreading joy, healing, and connection wherever her “signs” take her.

Bird's Concept ||
- Ysmyra Vilovni is a towering, stoic human barbarian of Ilmater, raised in a secluded abbey as a “Sin Bearer,” destined to carry the pain and guilt of others upon her scarred body. She walks a sacred pilgrimage, enduring suffering without complaint as both devotion and purpose, believing her eventual death will grant absolution to those whose sins she bears. Though cold and distant at first, she is quietly compassionate, speaking in archaic tones and showing kindness through endurance rather than warmth. ( We have multiple concepts!! )

Hello! 

My husband and I are newbies and are looking to join our first ever campaign. We have the 2024 book. I have some roleplaying experience with VTM (Vampire the Masquerade) from many years ago. We are in our 40's and would be interested in a Friday/Saturday meeting. Would you be open to newbies or are you looking for more experienced players?
