"Icewind Dale is a land of extremes. It is a place of brutal cold and endless night, where the sun appears as a pale, weak imitation of its former self, never rising far above the horizon before sinking again. The land is covered in a blanket of snow and ice, and the wind howls like a banshee, driving snow and ice before it. The people who live here are hardy and resilient, but even they are beginning to lose hope. Auril the Frostmaiden, the divine embodiment of winter's fury, has cast a spell over the land, one that prevents the sun from ever rising to its full height"
Game Information:
Module: Rime of the Frostmaiden
Levels: 1-12, Milestone leveling (Currently lvl 4)
Sourcebooks: All of them, via content sharing
Party size/Player count: Looking for at least 2-3 players, party is currently made up of 3 (Aasimar Druid, Tiefling Ranger, Human Fighter)
Game time/length: About 4-ish hours on average.
Game day: SATURDAY. This is the only day we can make work atm. 6PM PST
Join date: End of the month. Beginning of June.

Other Information:
- Will be survival based with some slight tweaks to be more immersive. (slight spell changes)
- Players start with a feat, x2 common magic items, x1 uncommon magic item at lvl 1
- Leaning heavily on the environmental hazard/aspect, since it's a major part of the adventure
About Me:
Hi! I'm the DM, Dreamer! I'm an avid fan of D&D and serial dungeon master. I got into D&D when I was a teenager, but started DMing for real during the pandemic. Recently, I have turned my passion into a job, and became a Pro-DM. I ran two other campaigns for 3 years collectively (each of them 1.5 years long), both of them wrapped up as of last year!

character is Damon Willowbrook a fire genasi way of the astral self monk. She was sent to prison in the area 8 years ago and that time has not changed her. She is still the soft spoken and very unsettling person when she was imprisoned. Recently a chain of events has allowed her to be free and now one question what will she do next.

i like all aspects to dnd but if pressed to pick a favourite I would probably go with the roleplay
I have been playing DnD for for about 6 years or so and strange enough my first campaign was a rime of the frostmaden but didn’t work out because of a bad group. So if picked hopefully this time thing will be better

I've been playing for the last couple years so pretty comfortable with the ins and outs of the game. Mostly played as a DM myself. Currently running a second campaign. But also would like to play from a players side again!
I have a couple player characters but one id like to use is human, rogue, 23, born into a blacksmith family. Mother dead giving birth to younger sister. Father got into serious debt and was killed for it. Ended up growing up in an orphanage and learn to from another bigger kid how to become a thief. Once of age to leave, followed this kid in joining the thieves guild to make a name for myself and take care of little sis.
I live in MST.
I thoroughly enjoy everything about dnd vut if I had to choose one thing its the roleplay. There's something exciting about throwing yourself into a role and just living that out!

Steven, older than 18, M, he/him his. I love D&D! I played earlier version as a teen but fell back in love with it in 2023. I have played in several campaigns since. I like playing fun, against type characters. Id like to play a fairy barbarian who was kidnapped from FeyWild by a frost giant. (Or maybe she ran away and framed at as a kidnapping). She learned skills and is a path of the giant. She is somewhat chaotic, mischievous, flirty as a means to an end but has a huge heart. I live in Pacific NW and Sat at 6p is perfect for me! I like a good mix of combat, exploration and roleplay. I get a bit nervous around roleplay but the more I challenge myself the more I love it. I really would love the opportunity to join your campaign! It sounds right up my alley!

A Saturday evening group sounds great.
I had a group during the pandemic and am looking to join back up.

Thinking of a Hill Dwarf named Surf's Up Hilly.
He is more of a Beach Dwarf Cleric that worships the Dwarven God of Hospitality.
He is on a quest to gather recipes and taste all the beers in the world.
Any tavern we stop at he will wander into the kitchen and chat up the cooking staff.
He is a righteous bro who hates rudeness. He usually reacts to rudeness with a swing of his mace.
Taking part in the group story telling, supporting other players ideas and having a good laugh is what I like about D&D.
