[We only have one female player so far, so I'm especially hoping to recruit another lady player to help her feel comfortable]
Hello. I'm assembling some friends of mine who are either absolute beginners to D&D or are relatively new to the game. I have about four friends so far, but who knows? They might enjoy one session and then drop out or ghost sessions.
Therefore, I need one or two absolute beginners or semi-beginners. This project will unlikely last for years because we will be doing one or two introductory adventures. Therefore, it might only last a season or two, but I'm willing to commit as a game master. I completed Curse of Strahd with my other playgroup, and they enjoyed that! Now I feel compelled to help beginners learn the game.
This is what we will be considering in terms of adventures: - Intro to Stormwreck + Isle Dragons of Stormwreck Isle, or, - Heroes of the Borderlands, or, - Even all three!
Be 20 or older! This playgroup is absolutely free ($0.00)! It would be a digital live broadcast on Discord. Begin with a level 1 character. 2024 ("5.5") rules will be used. I invented homebrew rules to minimize helplessness. We are 100% LGBTQ+ friendly. Jerks, misanthropes, or cheaters will not be tolerated and confronted immediately. Fun, fairness, and kindness are priorities.
Hi there! I'm a rookie D&D player. I'm currently part of a campaign IRL, but since our weekly sessions are getting more and more spaced out due to conflicting schedules, I feel excited about joining an online group of beginner-friendly players. I am over 20 and look forward to being part of a safe space like the one you are creating.
That being said, do you have already planned a schedule for the sessions? and what time zone are most players in? Also, English is my second language, I hope that's not a problem.
Hello! I’m a brand new DnD player, always wanted to play but literally only had my first experience yesterday and I’m already obsessed.
I would love to join you guys!
Im a queer poc woman (also over the age of 20) so i’ve been hesitant about online groups as there are so many stories of them being filled with people who make them unwelcoming, so this sounds like the perfect group for me if you’re willing to have me!
