Brand new have never played

Hey I am completely new to D&D. I have listened for years to actual play podcasts, would love to find a group that would welcome a completely new person.

If you're open to a paid game I have a spooky adventure starting up on Friday nights! I'm always very open to new players.

Every friday? What time? and what is the storyline I would want to make an appropriate character! thank you for responding!

Yes, each Friday as schedules allow of course (real life always comes first obviously). In short: this is a folk horror adventure (Wicker Man, Midsommar, Over the garden wall vibes) where you end up stranded in a creepy village and try to stop the return of an ancient evil. 

We will actually make characters as a group during a session 0, although you would certainly be welcome to think of ideas ahead of time! There will be some unique species/backgrounds/etc to pick from as well (like werewolves, ghouls, scarecrows, and more).

One other super cool thing is that you will get a personalized story arc to follow throughout the adventure. It is woven into the overall story and is guaranteed to see completion by the end of the adventure. :)

Ok I am new to dnd and don't know much but I would love to play I am under 18 years old I already have a character I made in dnd beyond I'm not looking for a paid game  and I would like a basic campaign nothing to special but I you chose something already it's ok
