[LFP] The Last Harvest of Gravenheim | D&D 2024 | Paid $5/session | Saturday Biweekly | 10 PM Stockholm / 9 PM UK / 4 PM Eastern

The harvest is in, but winter comes early this year.
Gravenheim stands as the last bastion guarding the river crossings into the heart of Vaterland. When enemy armies descend upon the city shortly after the final harvest, the gates are shut and the people prepare for a long siege.
Inside the walls are thousands of frightened citizens, dwindling food stores, rival faiths, desperate nobles, starving refugees, and soldiers willing to kill for a crust of bread.
Outside the walls waits an army.
Inside waits something far worse.
You are members of a newly formed Free Company, thrown into the final defense of a dying city. You will command defenses, fight through plague-ridden streets, uncover conspiracies, venture beyond the walls into enemy territory, and decide what kind of people you become when survival is no longer guaranteed.
This is a grim, character-driven D&D campaign focused on siege warfare, survival horror, undead, religious conflict, moral choices, and desperate heroism. You are not chosen heroes destined to save the world. You are mercenaries, refugees, zealots, criminals, soldiers, and survivors trapped inside a city under siege.
The campaign is structured in acts, with characters leveling up as each act is completed:
Act I — The Closing of the Gates Act II — The Dead Below Act III — Hunters in the Dark Act IV — Beyond the Walls Act V — The Fall of Gravenheim
Character creation will happen before the first session through Discord. We use the 2024 D&D rules. Characters start at level 5 using point buy or standard array. Official content is allowed. Characters may begin with 1 uncommon magic item and common items that fit the character.
You can use Roll20 character sheets or D&D Beyond with the Beyond20 extension, as long as rolls can be sent to Roll20 and I receive a link to your character.
Preparation Please have:
A Roll20 account
Discord
A microphone
Stable internet
Your character ready before Session 1
If you need help creating your character, we can do that on Discord before the first session.
GM Style I provide maps, portraits, journals, campaign information, visual aids, and Roll20 support. My goal is to create a grim, immersive, and reactive world where player choices matter. I generally use Rules as Written, but I also allow Rule of Cool when it makes the story better and does not break the game.
Content Warning This campaign includes dark fantasy themes such as war, siege, starvation, undead, plague, cults, mass death, violence, body horror, and moral dilemmas.
Safety The table is open and welcoming. We use Session 0, Lines and Veils, breaks, debriefing, Open Door, and X/N/O safety tools. This is a game table, not a place for real-life politics or personal attacks.
Paid Game Disclaimer This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $5 USD per player per session, paid every other Saturday when the game is played. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements.
