Seeking ONE backup player for BEGINNER D&D sessions

Hi, I'm a friendly game master from the Dallas, Texas region! I have over 4 years of experience.

I run a FREE playgroup that helps novices and semi-beginners learn D&D 2024/5.5.

I'm queer (he/him/they/them), and our playgroup is very inclusive and welcoming of queer individuals. We have not yet launched into the main adventure. We have only gotten past Session Zero. Some of our core players are already considering dropping out due to life demands. I need a backup player (PRN) who could graduate to a core player status if necessary.

• Hoping to recruit another female player for diversity comfort (yes, this includes trans women 💜).
• Most voted playtime is Saturday late afternoon (CST, USA).
• Looking for one novice or semi-beginner who can help with backup (possibly becoming a core player if necessary).
• Two introductory adventures (lasting a real-life season or two):
---- Intro to Stormwreck + Isle Dragons of Stormwreck Isle
---- Heroes of the Borderlands
• Participants must be 20 years or older.
• Playgroup is free; everything is free! No strings attached.
• Events conducted via digital live broadcast on Discord.
• Level 1 characters will start under 2024 ("5.5") rules, supplemented by homebrew rules for an enhanced experience.
• Group is 100% LGBTQ+ friendly; negative behavior will not be tolerated.
• Focus on fun, fairness, and kindness.
