Game style: Balanced between combat and roleplay to help figure out what I might prefer. Nothing too serious tone wise.
Salutations! I'm Lin (they/he), late 20's and long time lurker finally wanting to actually play some DnD. I'm mainly looking for short campaigns or one-shots to see if I vibe with the table. I'm totally down for homebrew and might actually prefer it. I'm good with either 2014 or 2024 rules, though I did teach myself 5e14 so the basic mechanics I have down. Time wise I'm fairly flexible, see listed times above. Weekly or every other week would be ideal but I'm open for other schedules as well. I've already made a few (a lot actually...) characters I would love to play but totally fine with starting from scratch to fit the campaign better.
Lastly some about me. I'm from Germany and fluent in both English and German, tho I vastly prefer English. I'm pretty shy at first, it takes some time to open up, so patience would be appreciated, but once I warm up I'm a yapper. I have a ton of interests, many of which are creative.
I am queer so homophobia/transphobia, or any kind of discrimination for that matter, won't fly. Also genAI usage from both the DM and players is a no-go for me.
