(LFP 1-2) HB Long-Term Campaign Starting w/ Existing Group

Want 1, maybe 2, player(s) to join our team of 7. We like big squads.

I'm the DM (6 years). We've got a great group. We need someone with some energy, preferably a martial class based character, male or female, don't care. We have 3 gals and 4 guys currently. I've open to really great homebrew ideas if you've got them, we can brainstorm. Please keep your edge-lords, orphan backstories and basic concept ideas away and have to have some sense of good design and sense of story/narrative abilities.

 We play every other Saturday from 7pm-12am+ Mountain Standard Time.

 We are in a homebrew world on a new continent (Aescoria) of an existing world (Synovia) that we played our current 2.5 year campaign that we're ending here in about a month or so.

The setting/vibe is going to be a mixture of influence victorian era london/machine & magic/steampunk-ish/FF12.  It's a solid mix in story, lore, RP and Combat. We're starting at level 3. Our current line-up; (M) Bugbear Bard: College of Tragedy, (M) Variant Human Barbarian: Path of the Frozen Heart (HB), (M)(HB) Zephyron Rogue: Phantom, (F)(HB) Half-Hare Blood Hunter: Order of the Ghostslayer, (F) Human Druid: Circle of the Moon, (F) Automaton Cleric: Twilight Domain, (M) Elf Wizard: School of Evocation. 

Would be most interested in creative ideas and collaboration in character creation to be blend well with group and in world.

We utilize Discord for VC and encourage cameras on, we don't allow genderbending to help create a full immersive and believable experience. We are a fairly conservative group and are looking for like-minded individuals to avoid tension, conflicts or drama.  

My priorities as the DM;

1) Narrative is the most important. The collective story we're creating together is the centerpiece of the table. 

2) Creativity is rewarded. However, I've had players in the past that overdue this. Be creative within the confines of logic. Mostly RAW, but have homebrew rules and rule of cool is implemented by emphasis rolls. 

3) Have fun. When everyone's collaborating towards a good story, being creative and adding levels of shock factor to the campaign its pretty easy to create a fun environment.
