Looking for 1 player — Chapel Hill / Triangle, NC

Hey! We’re a small 5e group based in Chapel Hill, looking for one more player in the Triangle area.

Right now it’s three players plus me (DM). I’m an average DM and have been running short one-shots and adventures for a few years. A friend used to run official campaigns for us back in high school and after we graduated, but he doesn’t have much time to prep anymore, so I’ve been running games in the meantime.

I backed the Neon Odyssey Kickstarter and just got the playtest materials, so we’re planning to start with a one-shot and hopefully move into a longer campaign if it clicks. We’re all somewhat experienced with 5e, in the 21–28 range, and into sci-fi, cyberpunk, anime, and games, so this setting feels like a great fit.

We’re looking for someone around our age who’s LGBTQ-friendly, easy to get along with, and either already into 5e or happy to learn at a chill table.
