“The world is old. Older than its kingdoms, older than its histories, and perhaps older than even the gods would have you believe. Much has been forgotten. Much has been buried. And some things are better left undisturbed.”
Hello, fellow adventurers!
I'm looking for a group of players interested in joining a long-term, story-driven Dungeons & Dragons campaign set in an original homebrew fantasy world I've been building.
A vast world with its own mythology, pantheon, history, kingdoms, cultures, conflicts, and mysteries. It is a world that has witnessed the rise and fall of great civilizations, devastating wars, and events that have shaped the very foundations of existence.
Now, in the Fourth Age, commonly known as the Age of Revival, the world continues to rebuild and change. Kingdoms rise and fall, political powers compete for influence, ancient ruins lie forgotten, and adventurers travel across dangerous lands in search of fortune, glory, knowledge, or simply a place to belong.
And somewhere in this enormous world, your story begins.
The Campaign
Our adventure will begin in a frontier in one of the six great realms of the world.
What begins as a relatively local adventure may eventually take you far beyond, across kingdoms, through forgotten ruins, into political conflicts, and toward mysteries much older than anyone realizes.
Where the story goes, however, will depend greatly on you.
What Kind of Campaign Is This?
There will be an overarching narrative, mysteries to uncover, dangerous enemies, and events unfolding in the background. But the world will not revolve exclusively around the main storyline.
Your characters will have the freedom to explore, pursue their own ambitions, forge alliances, make enemies, and become involved in whatever catches their interest.
Expect a mixture of: Roleplay and character development, Exploration and discovery, Combat and adventure, Mystery and intrigue.
The overall tone is heroic high fantasy with elements of dark mystery, political intrigue, and adventure. It won't be relentlessly grim or serious, but the stakes and consequences will matter.
I also love incorporating character backstories into the world. I want your characters' personal goals, relationships, and histories to become meaningful parts of the campaign.
You won't have to memorize an enormous amount of lore before playing. I'll introduce the important parts of the world as needed, and you'll learn more about the world naturally through your adventures.
What I'm Looking for in Players
I'm looking for people who enjoy collaborative storytelling and want to become invested in a campaign over the long term.
You don't need to be a professional roleplayer or someone who knows every D&D rule by heart.
What matters most is that you're enthusiastic, respectful of your fellow players, willing to cooperate as a party, and interested in helping create a memorable story together.
Beginners are equally welcome as veterans.
Interested in Joining?
If this sounds like the kind of adventure you'd enjoy, feel free to leave a reply or send me a private message with your discord
I'd love to hear a little about yourself, your experience with D&D, what you enjoy most about playing, and the kind of character you might be interested in creating.
You don't need to have a fully developed character ready. We can work together to find a place for your character in the world.
Most importantly, I'm hoping to find a group of players who enjoy not only the grand adventures and epic moments, but also the little things.
The adventure is waiting.
Looking forward to meeting some fellow adventurers!
