This campaign, called City of the White Rose, is set in the city of Ophelier. Ophelier is a very large city, so large that it would take a week to go from the Eastern Gate to the Western Gate and two weeks to get from the Southern Gate to the Northern Gate. There are ten neighborhoods in Ophelier, each run separately. Each of the neighborhood's governors hold a seat on the Council of Eleven.
Recently, a famous hero named Merlin Helfyre finished his decade long hiatus by announcing he was going to be training a new group of heroes to be his successors as legends. Will you answer his call?
