Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online (twitch) Experience: No difference Location: GMT Schedule: (once a week, weekend) Roles sought: Looking for group to start Game style: If he is watching he should smile that he is now a style. 'Matt Mercer Style'
I liked the critical roll podcasts enough to try to get a twitch account hooked up to the Beyond extension. Set up a channel ext, only to find that I can not find a message board for groups hooking up to use it.
Looked on twitch, reddit, discord and beyond. So here it is:
Looking for people to get twitchy, run a lightweight game of 5e, streamed and not shaken on weekends.
Simple really, I liked the look of the Beyond extension on the youtube clips and thought I would give it a go.
I'm in a discord text game right now and like the idea of moving it up.
As for style really not much homebrew except to give player lots of latitude in terms of the 5e rules to keep everyone on the same page but still happy to be what they want.
So I like the rule of a feat for all at first, roll your own / use discord roller (unless it looks way crazy), buy what you want to start if your background makes it look feasible.
Could be as simple as Pendelver.
The big hickup is that I am new to it all bar "texting". So I have been trying but unless I hire a 12 year old kid to teach me how to stream and open up an overlay with extension with chat I think I will just keep giving my computer the evil eye. And it returning it.
So in answer, nothing in specific. Just giving it a go for a giggle and seeing where it takes me and anyone interested.
Either a Saturday night which would make my wife start looking for a boyfriend on the side and my kids start to wander the mean streets of Harlow, or Sunday.

I might be interested. Tell me more about the kind of game you're looking to run.

What day and time on the weekend would you ideally want to run it?
Either a Saturday night which would make my wife start looking for a boyfriend on the side and my kids start to wander the mean streets of Harlow, or Sunday.
I like Sunday.
