Greetings fellow D&D enthusiasts!

    My name is Mayev and I am here on behalf of Wayfarer's Refuge. With a friend, we made a Europe based discord server for people to play, talk, help each other and build relationships. Of course, the server is not strictly European and the community is from all around the world.

Looking for (new)DM's:
    As the community is growing in higher speed than we anticipated as it is with all dnd servers and communities we lack the time and resources to lead campaigns for majority of people present. Since our goal is to help people get into dnd we are looking more for new and aspiring DMs that would like to try it and gain some experience through online campaigns. Of course, experienced DMs are welcome as well.

We welcome new DMs and help them grow:
    We want the community to grow and of course if you want to start DMing we are there to help you. We go out of our way to help everyone and teach you as much as possible from our own experiences.  
    As for personal help and slight in person tutoring when asked for, we have chats ready for DMs to help each other whenever they need help. We have 8 experienced DMs in this chat that will help you with what they can when you ask.

Doing what we can to help:
    We are trying our best to help players and dungeon master with running their campaigns, by sharing what toolkits (although unsurprisingly, dndbeyond is our core tool) we use as well as our experiences, and we hope to find like-minded people. 
    The server has sections for custom rooms for groups that request one, but we also invite groups with their own discord servers to join in, as we do realize the limitations that can, for example, come with music bots on discord. Our intention is to serve as a hub for dungeon masters, player and groups.

    Our server was home for 6 campaigns so far with one-shots happening now and then. Recently we started a project with weekly one-shots for everyone. Even with this nice addition, we know that players are looking for something long term or at least something where they can get into the character.  A lot of new players are coming to us looking for help, conversations and games to join.
