I don't have a typical campaign to offer, but I am part of a West Marches D&D Discord server. DMs have their own individual worlds that are different planes, all connected by a Hotel of sorts, with the rooms being the worlds. Major difficulties finding a game/ campaign, most of the GMT D&D discord servers are rather dry too.
Most of my experience is with 5e - I have played and DM’d for close to 2 years.
I have experience with discord and roll20 for gameplay.
