My name is Wade and I am looking for 4-6 people new to the Dungeons & Dragons game. I'm looking for people that have never played before. I want to run an introduction/tutorial game for brand new players.
I have prepared 6 player characters ready to play.
We will be using Fantasy Grounds as a virtual tabletop. I have an ultimate license, so all players need is the FREE Demo version.
I have prepared a tutorial for downloading and setting up Fantasy Grounds. The tutorial also includes the base concepts of playing Dungeons & Dragons. I have also included a character overview for each of the pre-generated characters, a map of the region in which the adventure will take place, and a combat options cheat sheet.
I have provided the tutorial as a PDF and as a Google Slides presentation. You can choose which format you prefer.
No schedule is set in stone yet, but for now, the tentative schedule is weekly play on Saturday Nights. I'm estimating that we will play through the adventure in about 4 sessions, so the TENTATIVE dates are May 25, June 1, June 8, and June15. I live in the Mountain time zone (UTC -6). I'm thinking 5 PM until 10 PM Mountain time. For those of you that are chronologically challenged go here: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/usa/boulder and that should show you what time it is where I live.
