I'm a relatively new DM looking for a 2 players to join our campaign. The current campaign lacks the creativity I'd like to put into the game, such as going outside the rules or creative solutions.
Starting at level 6.
Game: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Online via Roll20; Discord
Experience: Veteran player; Adept DM
Session Time: Sunday 1:00pm EST
Looking for: 2 New and/or Creative Players
Game style: Heavy RP, Story, Homebrew, High Choice, Heavy Magic, "Rule of Cool"
Campaign intro:
The realm of Ussimel, wild as it is free. Take reins on Lizard Hounds and you race across the Pontic Desert, its shifting sands unearthing rare items and enchanted weapons. Or perhaps you'd like to explore the undiscovered and brutal North, where unknown beasts tread with known powers and abilities. Maybe you'd like to have a glass of Dragon Nog in the local tavern of the Cloud City Capital, where the Guilded Dragon Guild resides to deliverer adventure to parties across the world. The world is yours to explore. But be warned, a great evil stirs, that only you and your friends know of.
Current Characters: Nature Cleric, Vengeance Paladin, Evocation Wizard (fire)
Current players: 2 Experienced, 1 new player,
Your characters do not have to be religious, but you can not be evil. The Cleric and Paladin aren't straight Lawful Good and sticklers with following "good" or "rules", so there is flexibility.
I'd like mature players that aren't afraid to civilly express any issues with the campaign, or respectfully suggest improvements. Also be warned of crude language.
I’d like to play a street raised orphan rogue who only stole to feed himself and other kid street urchins. He believes that doing the right thing is always good even if others think it is unlawful. Never knew his father and his mother died from working several jobs to support him.

I currently run two games as a dm myself and run in a great campaign as a player, but I'm thirsting to try out a few characters for a while now. What's your ruling on homebrew classes/races? Since I'd like to be either a Gnoll Warlock or Water Genasi (Due to backstory id rather tell the class in private) if able.

Proud DM of The Evil Foursome (Home campaign), Fire Emblem: Dawnguard, Persona: The Oath, The Remnants, and Fevus Wrecoonis.
I've got a Dragonborn monk (drunken master) who's itching to play. I've got 20+ years of RP experience, so I think I qualify as a veteran. PM me if you're interested and I'll give you my discord ID.
Hello, I'm new to this. My character is a tiefling source that is haunted by past events. I have a little bit of a story idea to go along with it. I hope that I can bring a bit of creativity to the group if I can.
