Hi there! We are Taverns & Dragons, and we are a group of nerds who like to play Dungeons & Dragons in a welcoming environment.

Who Are We?

T&D is a Discord server made up of beginners and veteran D&D players alike who are looking for a group of friends to play with. We primarily focus on Dungeons & Dragons 5e through Discord voice and Roll20, but we are open to any tabletop RPGs or hosting sites.

We have been around since April '18 and pride ourselves in our friendly, diverse, and tightly-knit community of people who enjoy both playing tabletop RPGs and hanging out with each other.

Who Are You?

• Are you brand-new to tabletop? This is the perfect place for you. Any one of our experienced players or DMs would love to teach you the ropes and answer any questions you may have, with dedicated channels for character creation and asking questions.
• Are you a player who is just looking for some games to play? We have plenty of those. We have one-shots and short campaigns all the time, and if you find a good group of people, long-term campaigns are always possible.
• Are you someone who’s been considering getting into DMing, but never quite had the chance? We’d love to teach you! Our experienced DMs are great teachers and can provide everything you need to run a great game.
• Are you an experienced DM who is looking for a group of players? Great! We’d love to have you! Our player base is always itching for more games.

quick question, what ages are in the group? ( if you know of course) because I want to start playing dnd but Im 16 ( 17 at the end of june)

Hey TyTie, the ages vary. If I had to guess I'd say our largest age group is people in their twenties (myself included), but we've got plenty of people who are younger or older. We disallow any NSFW (not safe for work) content, so we're all-ages-friendly.

TL;DR Being 16 is fine and we're happy to welcome you. :)
