Game: D&D 5e Group type: Online Discord (voice) & Roll20 for combat maps Experience: Familiar with rules/some experience Location/Timezone: CST Schedule: Every Monday, 6:30pm-9:15pm CST, no flexibility (please ensure you are available at this time) Roles sought: 2 Players Game style: Roleplay heavy
Looking for two enthusiastic and *committed* players for our scheduled game every Monday, 6:30pm-9:15pm CST (time firm).
Familiarity with game and mid-twenties+ preferred. We keep losing players who commit to the scheduled time and then cannot make it, so please ensure you are available at this time.
Running Wizards of the Coast published adventure Tyranny of Dragons. Your character would be joining at level 5. Already have a party of tiefling warlock, dragonborn paladin, half-elf druid. Role-play heavy, while fairly balanced with exploration and combat. Story incorporates backstory and character arcs, so would need to work with DM (me) to develop one, and be available for discussion/collaboration.
Looking for player characters who are team players (loner characters won't fit well at this time) since you'll be joining an established group mid-campaign. Would like to play to level 17+, so long-term availability/commitment preferred.
Please reply with your confirmation on availability at the scheduled time, rough character idea, and when you can start. I'll be responding to those who seem the best fit, but thank you to everyone who expresses interest.
Thanks for reading! Realize this sounds a bit strict but excited for some new additions to join a fun campaign and want to be upfront so as not to waste anyone's time. We're a bunch of Critters who love dnd. Let me know if you have any questions!
I’m one of the three in this campaign and Kat is a great DM. If you like character development and interacting with the world in addition to some great combat settings you’ll love this campaign.
Kat definitely plays the long game and there are so many tiny hints that I’m still just picking up on and gasping. I’ve already had a great character session where I’ve cried because it was so good.
Your game and gaming style sounds really interesting. I have some experience with earlier editions (face to face) but am looking to get into a 5e game. I have lots of ideas for characters. I would be interested in playing a halfling rogue (urchin background), a wild elf ranger (outlander background), or a human cleric. I have played rangers and bards before in other editions and pathfinder. I also am a critical role fan, even though I just discovered them about a month ago.
To be upfront I have not done an online type of game, but I am willing and eager to learn how it all works. I can start as soon as we can talk and collaborate on a possible character for your group. Give me a PM if think I could fit into your game.
I an very intrested in your game and believe it sounds really fun! I won't lie, it will be my first proper campaign but I have a dnd starter set, book pdfs, and U will try my hardest to learn quick
I can send you the link to me character sheet in a private message.
I would be interested in joining your game. I have only been playing D&D for the last few years and primarily through Roll20. I guess a few character ideas off hand are a tabaxi monk (sage) and aasimar cleric (inheritor).
I hope that you find two people, whether it includes me or not. Best of luck and fun with your game!
I just saw your message, for some reason I was not notified when you posted. Are you still looking for players or have you found your 2? I do have a pretty full backstory for a forest gnome wizard already prepared I’d be happy to talk to you about (I’d prefer to discuss characters more privately) and can pretty quickly roll up a character sheet with whatever rules you set for creation/levelling. Time should work for me, I’m a couple hours ahead, and available to start basically any time.
Hey there! I don't know if you still have openings or are still considering folks to fill them but I figured I'd give it a shot at least and let you know I'm interested. Availability at the time you've set out wouldn't be a problem for me at all. I'm off work hours before then and have no other commitments on Monday evenings. I'm 24, a college senior and I just so happen to have a female dwarf rogue who I used for a now discontinued HoTDQ campaign. Here's a link to her sheet: https://ddb.ac/characters/9858577/Ea4OGm
I'm really interested in developing the ideas I had for her backstory that never got to come to fruition and seeing how she might form connections with other members of the party. An RP heavy campaign like this with a group focused on storytelling sounds like just the ticket to do it. If I am too late that's alright. I wish you all the best of luck with what sounds like it's going to be an epic game!
