Yoyoyo (it's me again); I've got 3-4 players in my Discord D&D community server, and we've been having problems finding a dedicated DM for their game in said server; the ones we've found ghosted out on us right quick (even the one we just found who specifically said they weren't gonna ghost)
SO I'm looking for a dedicated DM, who will not ghost out on us randomly or flake out of the game time, who can run a weekly 5E game on Thursdays at 6PM Central (US time). (The schedule might be a bit flexible depending on changing players and the DM we get (it might work for Tuesdays around the same time), but it might not.) But again the most important thing we're looking for is a proactive DM who isn't just gonna leave randomly and not warn anyone, or flake out on us, or give conflicting information on their availability, since that's happened THRICE now, (counting the DM I got from the last post even though it had this same sentence in it). :'D
DM experience is appreciated but its not necessary, we have a lot of members who are willing to help new people out with any questions or just general tips, and the players of the proposed game are pretty knowledgeable as well.
(By the way, I'M SORRY, I'm sure these hardcore italics make me sound super angry and mean. I am a bit upset, but I've been trying for months now to get these pure, golden, sweet, patient players a DM, and people keep flaking out on us after initially saying they're good for it.)
If you're interested, send me a friend request on Discord and link me back to this post so ik where you're coming from. I'll add you to an interview group chat before I invite you to the server, it's intended to vet out basket cases, but its basically just a few questions about your D&D experience and personality, and ideal game types, and to show you the server rules beforehand to make sure you're cool with them.
My Discord ID is Zionswasd#8143. Hope to hear form ya soon, friends.

This could be an important question to ask: "Why are your gms ghosting on you?"
Another consideration may be, with 40memebers on the server, why don't some of them take up the mantle of gm and allow others to play?
