Gist of the campaign:
The Collectors Guild have division all over the multiverse and planes. One of it's division, Division X, is located in Sigil, where you all currently live in. The Collectors Guild is a mysterious and somewhat secretive guild collective that collects artifacts by hiring explorers to go on scavenges, commissioning for item retrievals, or simply purchasing things at extremely high price. Through different encounters, you have been brought together as party to contribute your efforts to prevent, stop, or reverse the dooming fates of the Collectors Guild divisions over the different realms.

Hey there! Sorta new-ish player, thought this sounded perfect for me! I played a bit of 3.5E back in highschool, so almost two decades ago, so it's been a while. This sounded like a great opportunity for me to get back into the swing of things. I've been playing a campaign of Numenera on Roll20 with some friends, and figured it'd be nice to branch out and get used to playing with strangers again.
I'm 33, male, my Discord is Asha#3621, and my schedule on the weekends is open. Though I'd prefer a later time, I'm fine with something earlier.
I have a couple characters in mind. One, if you'll allow it, is a Chaotic Neutral Necromancer Wizard(or Grave Cleric if not) Acolyte of Jergal. Linus Fairweather is an aloof Half Elf that would rather be in the library than out adventuring, but duty calls, and he's happy to undertake his Lord's work.
Alternatively, I have an idea for a Goliath Monk Hermit. Exiled from his tribe due to his age, he's decided to spend his remaining years on self reflection. His name is Kovith "Longwalker" Tivelothkaltena, and while he doesn't ascribe to a particular monk philosophy, prefering to find his own truth, he has spent some time living amongst a few orders in his travels.
However I'm happy to play something else if the group is lacking in some area and needs some skill/role coverage!
Hello! I am a newer player, playing a campaign during the week but am extremely hungry for even more DnD fun! I have only really experienced the game in a combat centric style and playing in a setting set to more RP is something I really want to do. I love making new friends and this type of game would be a ton of fun to do just that.
I am 26, male, and am 100% available on Sundays, Saturdays are mostly available, but it is when my girlfriend and I normally do everything we can around the house, so timing could be a more of an issue week to week(though if it gets set in stone, I am always able to try and make it work).
I love playing the more frontline style, barbarians, monks, fighters or a paladin. If it is needed, I am more than happy to play something more spellcasting as I have never really done it before, and it would be a ton of fun to learn. I have vague character ideas but I want the character to be very in line with the story, and would want to work with you on the character development, specifically because it is more RP than I have done before.

Hello, I am brand new to playing DnD but have always wanted to try and will put effort into making it into any gametime.
I have a stable work schedule. I work night shifts between 7pm-7am which means I am available form anytime between that, on my days off, I can wake up earlier/stay up later if need be. Unfortunately I work every other weekend.(Depending on how busy I am at work, I may be able to squeeze and hour or two lol)
Name is TBD, I was hoping to go with a High Elf, Ranger/Hunter. One who came from a moderately wealthy family in the hills of "Rekktraldy". Family would frequent hunting trips with the family to bring in pelts/furs for our family business. Hunting foxes and other critters was our main source of income. When humans came to our land to expand their living area, we did not want them settling near us. However, they forced their ways into our lands which made us go into war with them. (I am still coming up with the rest of my backstory, sorry if it isn't enough for now)
I've watched/listened to lots of different podcasts about DnD so I have a gist of the rules, but I have yet to find game and play on my own. So, I would say I am a newbie when it comes to experience.

I have two in mind. The first idea is a Dwarven Monk of the Way of the Drunken Master; A drunken ball of Dwarven fighting prowess. He comes from the Hills of [Insert Name Here], Hemly Proudmore is the youngest son of Henry Proudmore, owner of Proudmore Meadery. Having no interest in armor or weapons, Hemly was often found either starting or finishing a barroom fight. His father, finally having enough, sent him away to study in hopes his son would become something noble, like a cleric. But shortly after arriving to his new home, he was expelled from the monastery for heavy drinking. Now, he spends his time in Sigil, drinking and bragging, and fighting when somebody needs a good beating. However, his drinking money is about to run dry...
My second idea is a Changeling Rogue. I'll probably go Mastermind archetype with them. Their name will be Kip, and they don't know where they come from. They "came-to" one day in the form of a Half-Elf male, a cook for travelling trade caravans. Nobody around him knew who he really was, and nor did they. They have since made their living travelling with these caravans, thieving for extra cash in the markets they see along the way. More recently, they have made their way to the markets of Sigil.
I am 32 years old, and I have 2 years experience with D&D 5e; very little to none experience with Roleplaying, and no experience with playing online. I have historically played with my two older brothers, so the games have been more dungeon-crawl and combat heavy rather than roleplay heavy.

Experience with DND and voice RP: I have very little with both. I have done exactly 1/2 a campaign (we met once a month 8 times in total before it fell apart) and we didn’t really do voices or much in character role playing in general, although I’d really LOVE to try, as long as y’all’re alright with Storm sounding like a basic ES Khajiit
