Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Offline would be ideal, but online works too Experience: New, but have read rules and watched games on YouTube, as well as having some relevant experience in similar things (other RPGs, PC adaptations) Location/Timezone: Woking, UK - (GMT timezone from 27th Oct) Availability: Thursday-Sunday from 7pm onward Preferred role: Player Game style: Don't really know yet, probably a game with a mixture of combat/exploration/social stuff I guess (but that's what this is, right?); not purely mechanics based, but not super-strict about the RP either.
Blurb: I was playing around with the PRC in Neverwinter Nights again recently and started looking into some of the weirder classes it adds – long story short, this led me to reading a few forums of real D&D and getting quite interested in it. Since then I’ve been reading up on the rules, watching guides and games on Youtube, and have been looking to find a group to join. I've played around with Roll20, I use Discord and many similar programs, and have created a couple of characters on here with backstories/personalities in mind but am not so attached to those that I wouldn’t create something to better fit the setting of a game if necessary.
