Discord is free, and you can even use a web browser version. If this is the only reason you haven't found a game, you may want to think about trying it. If you still don't want to use Discord for some reason, how would you like to communicate? Voice is preferred, could you offer an alternative?

well for now i dont own a phone and i just use my school computer to do this, thats why i dont have discord. i would rather do this in here and no voice is an option 

Then perhaps play by post is what you are looking for. Maybe search for something like that. Best of luck to you, it is challenging to find a game.
