Game style: I really enjoy casually balanced games, some standard dungeon crawls, some fancy parties we can awkwardly join. Homebrewed setting, perhaps, something fun and intriguing. Voice chat in a Discord server works perfectly fine for us, I believe, and I personally don't have a means for video so not really an interest to me.
To add a little bit, I'm Ene! I've been playing for over five years, various versions of Dungeons and Dragons, some 3.5e, 4e, and for the past two-ish years, 5e! I am posting this on behalf of some of my friends who are also looking for a group, so we're a total of three players eager for adventure! I've been trying many means to find the right group and, through trial and error, arrived at my next hope: Here! They are newer to D&D than myself, one having just a year of bad campaign experience.
We are looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly group to join, so if you have room for a small collection of lost souls, please continue to read! We are all looking to join as players and hence using the lfg option as opposed to players. Ideally, I could see a couple more players and a dm being needed to form a great game.
I should mention some of us do have ideas for characters already mapped out a bit, as we've all come from campaigns that never really got anywhere. I'll briefly go over what we have to give everyone reading this a general idea!
I'll start with my own, a tiefling who's a Blood Hunter, future plan is to go into the Order of the Lycan. My first friend is a type of demon who's looking to play a magic based class, I'm thinking Warlock as she has a familiar mapped out as well. And lastly, my newest friend typically plays as a cleric she would customize to the campaign! So, should be fairly obvious a nice homebrew world would be preferred for us!
