I have joined about 30 different role playing servers on Discord, but am not allowed on anymore (long story, but has to deal with family situation). With that said, I have had a few months worth of play with three sessions in my belt (so to speak) and once being a DM/GM, though I was horrible, and prefer to wait and prepare one for a while before I do it again. Preset sessions are fine, and so are personally created ones. I can do sessions face-to-face, or through some platform that (unfortunately) is not Discord. For example, Google Hangouts would work.
