Hello there from me to you! The name is Tem, people call me Tem, and recently I have decided to create a west march campaign, the issue is... I don't have any other DM friends to create it with... So! I've decided to post here to look for other DMs willing to help me create this West March world!
The whole gist of it is simple: "Mercenaries For Hire" is a West March world where people play as mercenaries and can take up jobs from a job board or explore the world in whichever way they like, mixing up traditional DnD quests, side quests, and West March style exploration, but keeping it all short and simple. This idea's only been thought up of yesterday (2/16/2020) and there hasn't been much progress except for the concept and the idea, so don't expect a lot to be done if you join.
