Hello I have been running a game for some friends for a few years now. Unfortunately our campaign had to be put on hiatus due to someone moving away and still working their schedule out. So we decided last week that we will still want to play D&D in the meantime and be starting a brand new campaign. The player who is unable to play right now might join later but will be out for the foreseeable future. As such we need one more player who can join us as our forth, and when the other player joins we will be a party of five.

Members of the table are allies or part of the LGBTQ+ community. So there is a strict no wang rod policy. No one in the table outright is defined by their sexuality and will not push it in your face. But we do ask you to be aware and respect everyone at the table as the human they are, respect one another. We are all here to have fun and roll dice, there is no need to bring politics or personal prejudice to the game table.

I will be running through the D&D Essentials plot, Dragon of Icespire Peak, into Sleeping Dragon’s Wake, and capping with Divine Contention. From there we will see where the party wishes to venture to. As such we will be in the world of the Forgotten Realms, on the Sword Coast for much of the adventure. The characters will start at level 1. I am running this game for my friends who, even after a few years in other campaigns, are still very much learning as this will be most of their second characters ever. As such we are very beginner friendly and are open to anyone who wants to try D&D 5E out.

We will be meeting at my house between 9:00am and 9:30am every Thursday till 12:00pm, noon. I have access to all content through DnD Beyond with a Master Tier Subscription that allows me to share content to members of the campaign. You are free to use DnD Beyond to manage your character in this campaign. This campaign will allow any UA content on DnD Beyond and source books. Homebrew races and subclasses are allowed as long as they are cleared by me. For combat we use tokens and a battle board so if you have a mini you would like to use, you could use that if you don’t want to use a washer token. My house does have a dog and a cat, so be aware if you have allergies.

Our session 0 will be this coming Thursday, March 19. During the session we will talk about what is and isn’t allowed in the campaign. How everyone will be meeting in character. And what everyone would like from the campaign. Some things we wont allow are explict scenes of violence and torture. Sexual scenes will not be presented in detail. **** is an absolute auto kick. Murderhobos will be dealt with unfairly if it becomes a persistent problem.
