Discord one-shot, need players

I am currently working on my skills as a new DM. As such, rather than throw myself into the deep end and run a full-blown campaign. I've decided to host a one-shot to test the waters. I'm in the EST timezone. This will be done over discord, I will be running this campaign sometime between the days of the 16-19 of March 2020. Any experience level is welcome. What level were you thinking of running the one-shot at? Explorer's Guide to Wildemount comes out on March 17 and I would love a chance to run a mid-level character with one of the new wizard subclasses just to try out the new mechanics.

Unfortunately it will be level 1 and by the end of the one shot you’ll be level 3
