Looking for new friendly group to wait out the pandemic

Group preferred: Online
Experience: Over a year
Location/Timezone: Central Daylight time 
Availability: Sunday through Tuesday in the evenings. My job still has me going into work.
Preferred role: Player
Game style: Hopefully I can play something casual with friendly players, people who can be patient with me. Preferably someone who can be homebrew friendly. I'd prefer a balance of Roleplay and combat if the dm is capable. What I really want overall is polite and friendly people, I don't want get into any out-of-character conflicts, just people who are there for fun.

Hey! Aside from on short-lived campaign, I'm fairly new to D&D but have done a lot of written roleplay and now have a lot of time on my hands due to the quarantine. If you’re interested it’s a homebrew Viking- themed game based heavily on Norse myth and culture. I very much strive for story informed combat, where the narrative is not sacrificed for the sake of a fight. I’ve been DM’ing for a while and can provide current players as references. We do play Friday if you’re available then.

Hey, I've been seeing your offer around and as much as I'd like to play I don't think I can play during Fridays (seeing I'm late to reply), if the pandemic ends early I don't want to give up my Friday's at my other place. Hello! I'm interested, though I should inform you that I've never played D&D before but really want to. My character is a half elf sorcerer and fully made. That time zone shouldn't be a problem though joining on weekdays will be hard when work starts again.
