Hello everyone. I am looking for nine, yes, nine, players for a long-term play-by-post campaign on a Discord server that I will be DMing for. The reason I am doing it in PbP format is because I find it easier for people to be involved, and so as not to get in the way of people's IRL schedules. Heavy roleplay and mass combat are the focus here.
The big idea is that you are warriors of an orc horde under a massive, powerful warchief, who is the strongest, largest (and fattest and heaviest) orc in the history of the world, who is the chosen one of Gruumsh. He created his own horde from the conquest of 317 orc tribes, and now he leads the orcish people in a conquest of the continent.
Allowed Races include Half-Orc, Orc, Eberron Orc, and Goblin.
There are mature (even adult) themes included in the story, and one must be 18 or older to be able to play.
Hello, the theme of your campaign sounds very appealing to me as orcs have been an all time favorite race of mine, ever since I've had my first contact with fantasy fiction.

Interesting. I never thought of playing an Orc, nor an evil character. Yet I would like to try it never the less! 24, been playing D&D on and off for a few years now. But pretty good RPer I think.
Due to unexpected developments involving time zone differences, I have four or five more open slots available for anyone who happens to want in. I'm looking for people on GMT +0 or GMT +8 (or time zones right next to those areas) so people on those sides of the globe will not be as lonely when it comes to RP and encounters.
Be aware that the server is primarily for written responses. We will not be using voice chat.
We will also be using the DnD bot Avrae.

So far, we have a barbarian, a bard/barbarian multi class, a fighter/rogue multi class, a rogue, two rangers, a cleric, an artificer, a sorcerer, a paladin, and a fighter.
OK cool, I was thinking of making a Orc death domain cleric that worships Yurtrus (basically a Orc Hand of Yurtrus form Volo's guide), alternatively I was thinking of making a druid since I haven't made a druid yet
also what level are we starting at?
