Background: New player looking for a group to play online with as we are in quarantine. I played a few times about 20 years ago when I was in middle school, but we where more enthused about the role playing then the actual game rules. I am 30 and currently living in South Florida. As a new player I am looking at playing a character that is more physical and less magic based (Barbarian/Rogue type) to better understand the rules and mechanics of D&D.
