My name is Mark (he/him) I am 48, played a ton as a teen and am just getting back into it. I am all about the RP it is what makes D&D great and I think the oldest rpg ever. I have a few characters on D&D Beyond but would really love to play a half elf rogue that had a run in with a bad crowd and his mom paid the price so he swore no one would ever pay the price for his misdeeds again he vowed to destroy the guild that murdered his mother.  Or a half elf Ranger that lost his parents in a fight with a rampaging young green dragon he has vowed to destroy as many dragons as it takes as he looks for the one that was responsible.

I am down for whatever you want to do as far as "meeting" online and would welcome a 0 level session or light one shot pre-game game. I know roll20 and my Discord is Mrkmorris #8397

Hello, my name is Bruna (21), I have am very new to dnd and would really like to join. I know the very basics of the game but very actually played it.

Yes, I'm 21.  EDT time and ill be free Wednesday afternoons (I have a lot of free time). I'm female and will be playing a female character (idk age yet). Yes, I do have a camera. weekly sounds nice. Ill try not to miss it but if I do ill send a message as soon as I realize I won't be able to make it. Always wanted to play but never got the chance (hope that's ok). Totally ok with a 1 on 1 or interview. I made a Rogue based on the things I like but I'm open to feedback and any play style. Im not sure of my goals yet but I want my character to become strong and a badass ^-^

Hey, I'm interested in playing in your campaign. 22 years old female, in EDT time and Wednesdays are completely open. I prefer weekly sessions. I don't have much DnD experience but I have played in a summer long Shadowrun campaign last year. If I have to miss a session, it would have to be either for a class or a family emergency. Otherwise, I'm pretty punctual. A 1 on 1 DnD session seems alright to me. I haven't played much DnD as I said before, but I usually like to do lots of damage in a fight (and if I can some creative freedom in my utilities, then bonus points). For now, my character has no real goals since she's not completely fleshed out, but I'm excited to see what adventures are in store!

I can't really answer this unless I knew background of the setting. But I would need to know party composition and a general understanding of the Realm to place a character with motivations in it.

Only if I need to travel for work, but all things considered right now? That probably won't be happening any time soon. I may also have a vacation in August, but that's a bit far off for the moment and also still uncertain.

I first played DnD with my dad and his friends from the time I was 11 until about 14-15. I didn't start playing again until about 2+ years ago. I'm currently DMing a campaign (on Saturday nights for me), but I'm very new to that side of the table, so to speak.

I tend to enjoy magic users, though I would be happy to branch out and try a different class. (Recently, I've played Wizard, Cleric, and Bard.) I enjoy RP quite a bit, and character moments and development are my lifeblood.

It depends on the character and the campaign, although character development--whether for good or bad!--is definitely up there in terms of goals. Maybe breaking my character's heart, maybe having them find strength they didn't know they had... I'm quite open, and of course would eat up some found family goodness like candy.

My main character right now is a half-elf monk who learned too much while working an espionage job and now has a powerful noble family wanting her head. Perhaps something dealing with that would work.
