Hi! friend and I run Discord D&D community is lookin' for a few fresh faces for a couple new games we're tryin' to set up. We've got about 35 active members and about 7-10 weekly running games.
I do gotta conduct a short text and voice interview and introduction just to introduce you to the many channels on the server, and to get a sense of you and your D&D experience, but we welcome all experience levels, and a lot of us love introducing people to D&D, and have a lot of books and resources to share to help even more.
We use a shared Google spreadsheet for scheduling, so we're gonna ask you to fill out the time ranges wherein you're unavailable. A lot of our members are in the USA, so most of our current games run on CDT afternoons and nights throughout the week and weekend, but we have a wide variety of time zones too, and we've been looking for more variety to accommodate our members across the pond.
We've got your basic "don't be an a-hole" rules, but a pretty strict no-ghosting rule, but don't worry, as long as it's not longer than a week or two, or you tell us you're gonna be gone for a while whenever you need to be, you should be fine.
Whatever type of game it is that you're trying to run, our admins will take the hassle of getting reliable players that fit your campaign schedule. Not only that, but a treasure trove of resources, DND Beyond material, and home-brew content to help get your campaign off the ground.
Add me (AWSM Sauce#8527) or my Server owner Z (Zionswasd#8143) on Discord and lets get some Dice Rolling!
Insist? no, but it is the quickest form of communication. It lets us explain server layout upon arrival and is what the server owner prefers as we host a lot of voice games in our server, but no we don't require voice. We do have our questions in text in our interview channel.
We have PbP games as well that are only text as well.

You insist on voice interviews? My husband wouldn't be keen on that.
