First time DM looking for play testers to a very short One Shot. I'm good any day starting as early as 2pm EST

I'm going to be holding a One Shot for a few friends and we've all played for around a year, some with me and one in their own group. I don't have enough experience in D&D to feel confident so I'm looking for some criticism in my story and to find where I need to learn more about the game, both rules / mechanics wise as well as the RP aspect.

I'm very close to finishing the 1 - 2 hour One Shot. All I need to do is find the right stat blocks and names for some key plot characters so I'll be able to play as soon as we all agree on the time and date.

TBH I'm dragging my feet because I don't think I know enough to DM. I keep thinking that if I watch more streams and brush up on the rules more I'll feel more confident, which only pushes it back more...
