[Heavily Home-brewed 5E and Story] Looking for players | Otherworldly Oceanic Scavenger Theme

I am looking for 3 to 5 players for me to DM a custom home-brewed campaign. 

The campaign: Rise of Riazk

BASIC LORE
Rise of Riazk takes place on the planet Niravv, a planet that is covered in water, where the only land lies at the poles. People of Niravv have adapted to this, and after 5,000 years, cities are man-made floating islands in the large oceans and to those wealthier, live in towering cities that reach the heights of clouds. They are physically supported by lower water-floating cities. The Aquixon race also have cities under the sea, and usually welcome the floating cities whenever they may pass.

The people of Niravv are monotheistic. Their God, Telakar, is one of the Sun and of Fire. Once a year, Telakar will walk among the mortals of Niravv and keep those who go against him in check. He doesn't fall under any race among those on Niravv, as he has maroon colored matte, scaly skin, and possesses two sets of bright white eyes with shining yellow pupils. His hair is long and silver, usually braided, and among all else, has bright golden tapestry all over his skin. He wears pure white robes. 
All of those who wish to have magical powers must receive training from the Church of Telakar. 
There are rumors that he likes to walk among men, camouflaged as a human and most opposite as he usually is. Witnesses say this camouflaged human has long black hair, purple eyes, and pointed ears.

Riazk is a floating city supporting the larger sky city of Lerthan, and is considered quite ghetto. Being governed by Lerthan, they sends government officials to check on Riazk every month. Other than that, the controlling influence of Riazk is its mafia. All of the residents know of the mafia, and respect it, as the mafia does help keep justice and peace.

CLASSES
There are 7 classes to choose from: Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Paladin, and Rogue. You will NOT be able to choose from any other, but if there are home-brew classes you are curious of, ask.
NOTE: For those who want to choose a class that include magic, they must be involved with the Church of Telakar, whether it be through weekly studies or through being taught from a relative who was in the Chruch.
NOTE: For those who choose to worship a God, the only Gods to worship in this campaign are Telakar and the ocean, personified as Nira. No other Gods or Goddesses are worshiped/exist on Niravv.

RACES
For Races, there are Human, Aquixon, and Tershian. The links to the races are embedded in the names, and the Human race is just the normal 5e Human race, with their swimming speed being 20 feet as well.

• The campaign will start at level 5
• The campaign will have more roleplay than combat.
• The meets will be held at least once a month, and at most once a week. It will all depend on the variability of the group. I'm hoping to have the first meet near the end of May. (As of 5/5/20)
• The meets will be held on Discord, and we might use Roll20.
• This campaign is for fun!
