I am wanting to DM a party of four players.

I am looking for four players who enjoy combat encounters quite a bit. I want to DM a combat heavy campaign. Enemies will be smart and will be out for blood. I will not use anything excessive (such as a CP 4 creature for a band of lvl 1 adventurers) but do expect encounters to have a hard rating. I expect you to use tactics and play smart. You will not survive otherwise. There will be a greater narrative and I want my players to weave their backstories into the circumstances I provide. You will need a backstory. Backstories will be interpreted as I see fit. This is to root out the more ridiculous elements. Don't expect convoluted political intrigue or things of like nature. Alignment will be assigned based on your backstories and actions taken during the campaign. Your actions will matter. The campaign will be a mixture of sandbox and on-rails. I will guide you to the narrative but will provide plenty of choice along the way. Players will start at lvl 1. Every player gets a free feat and this feat will stack with variant human. Players will need to choose from the basic races. These are Humans, Elves, and Dwarves. Campaign will be on Sunday 6PM US Central Time. If you can make it then I will be happy to have you.

I would love to join your game, but I have limited knowledge when it comes to 5th Edition. 
I have played D&D in almost all of its versions (I am 47) and I am looking to get back into playing.
The reason I chose PbP is that I am currently disabled and can not drive.
I am a very fast learner and open to anything!
