Hello everybody! I'm a relatively new player and in my senior year of high school, so don't expect smart ideas or shakespeare roleplaying. However, I have an itch to play a serious D&D session, and I'm really itching to do that, so expect all the enthusiasm. That being said, I'm putting emphasis on a serious session, but not too much. I'm looking to invest myself in the story and actually look at characters as their own people instead of pieces of paper and an accent, while joking around every so often, when it's appropriate (i.e. don't be people who would end up pulling shenanigans while the world ended, and don't be gatekeepers who don't allow fun).
I'll fill any role you want me to; need a tank? I gotchu. Need an offensive spell caster? Consider it done. Need a toolbox? You're looking at him. Don't expect me to fill personality roles, I don't care that your sister is horrified that you turned into an orc and needs a soft, calming person to calm her down. I'll be that way through deception or by being that way without any knowledge of this event.
Now, I mainly prefer sessions that allow at least a little homebrew, but that's a preference. I'll still play if you don't though. I am not picky. I'm only really into getting into one-shots, because then I won't have issues with inflexible scheduling not matching with my work schedule.
My times of avaliability are as follows:
Week of 6/29/2020 - 7/5/2020:
Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday: all 10am-10pm EST, with breaks for meals ranging half an hour to 1 hour
TLDR:
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: New Location/Timezone: EST Availability: (describe when you're available)Tuesday, Thursday, & Sunday: all 10am-10pm EST, with breaks for meals ranging half an hour to 1 hour Preferred role: Player Game style: Anything that's a one-off/one-shot
TLDR @ bottom of post
