Hello there! We're a group of three, one DM and two players looking for 1 more player to round out a game we want to begin.
We're an LGBT friendly group open to absolutely anyone, we're looking for players with a mature writing style who want to engage in a serious story.
We'll be playing in a homebrew setting of my own following a story in which all of the PCs are brought to an unfamiliar land to fulfill a debt to a demonic entity that each of them have formed their own contracts with in the past.
We will start at level 1 and move up from there.
Your backstory is completely open to you, I'm not going to fill in the entire world here, so feel free to have fun with this and include some details relevant to the plot mentioned above, it could be incorporated into the game!
If you have anything specific you really love from a supplement or splatbook, feel free to mention it. I have access to a great many of these and the players already in our group use details from some.
When it comes to character creation we'll be using a point bank system instead of rolling for stats, as my group has decided that we prefer that method already. If anyone has questions about the group or game please feel free to ask!
I would be interested, when are you thinking of meeting? Can we use any official source book material? It has been a while since I played 3.5 but I have been missing the absolutely huge amount of stuff you have access to.
We haven't discussed time yet, I want to do that once we have a group gathered so we can get something going that works for everyone, I'm always a bit lax on that since I only work part time and so have all weekdays open to me.
Yep, you're welcome to any official books. I've got copies of I think pretty much all the extra books made for 3.5, I absolutely love all the content that was made for it, hence why I'm sticking with it instead of moving on to 3.5, lol.
One thing I'd like to ask though is that, for vetting purposes, you send in a little writing sample I can look over before I like you in. Just anything you've written or something you write just for this is fine, doesn't have to be more than a paragraph.
